Project Exhibition
Venue: UG114, Student Union

Each project is allocated up to two face of a panel. The dimension is 36" width.
There are a total of 24 projects.
The department will print AT MOST TWO poster for each group. Depending on the scale of the project, you can decide how many pages you need.
The deadline for submission of poster file is now Wednesday, April 23, 2002.

Each project should have AT LEAST ONE student on duty 2:00-4:00pm, so that the judge panel can ask questions when they visit the posters.
The judge panel will give scores according to your poster (& webpage if they want).
Their score will constitute the 10% score in your final mark.
We will choose 2-3 projects to enter the FYP exhibition of the Intervasity Internet Technology Exposition and Conference 2003 to be held in July.
The Department will also have a FYP competition. Details to be announced later.
Arrangement on the day of Exhibition
The poster board will be moved into the room in the morning.
Please stick your poster to the board any time in the morning (probably after 10:30pm, when all the board is moved in)
Stick your poster according to your project id. You can find your project id here.
Please stand by your poster from 2:00pm-4:00pm, when the judge panel and other teachers will come and visit your poster. (Contact me ASAP if majority of your group member is not available during that period)
You are requested to wear a face mask in the room during the exhibition.
5 Projects will be chosen to enter the final of the project competition, which will be held after the examination. Details will be released in due course. Each student will receive a certificate and souvenir (most likely a shield).
Selected projects will also be nominated to the Project competition in the Intervarsity Internet Technologies Exposition and Conference 2003 to be held in July 19-20, 2003.
